Why
I built it for myself first. When I’m stuck, one opinion isn’t enough, whether it comes from a person or a single AI agent. So I put together a council of eleven: personas I’d actually seat at that table, assembled from characters whose approach and thinking I want to hear. I bring a problem or a raw idea, and they look at it from different sides, argue, and help me make the call. It’s for working through problems, and just as much for coming up with ideas and pulling them apart together.
What came out
Nothing to show yet: it is on the anvil. The path to the first working screen goes out on X as it happens, and it lands here with the MVP.
What broke
Too early to say honestly. One limit is already clear: it runs on my own Claude subscription, which is fine for one person. A public version has to run on the API, and that is part of the road to launch.
